YEAH, if you e-mail me at kevxr2002@yahoo. i'll update the excel sheet. This also goes for anyone else. If you have stuff you want to add to this please do even if its not just transmission stuff I would love to see some more performance and suspension stuff on the list too.

I went to fordparts.com and it is now something different, but that seems to be irrelevant. I typed in the part number for the 1-2 syncro and it brought me to the synchronizer assembly - 3 and it costs $103. What would I be getting if this were ordered. Seems pricey for one, but cheap for all.

For future reference, the cables are XS7Z-7E395-AB, This is the newer stlye. If you have a Focus Tower you will also need 2S4Z-7412-AA and 2S4Z-7412-BA. These will fit a Focus tower with a Contour/Cougar that has the new style cables.
Breakdown:
Cable ends for stock MTX75 transmission from 1998 to 04/01/1999,
F7RZ-7412-AA (WHITE)
XS8Z-7412-GA (BLACK)
If you add a Focus Tower with old style cables,
YS4Z-7412-HA (WHITE)
YS4Z-7412-JA (BLACK)
If you add a Focus tower with newer style cables,
2S4Z-7412-AA (WHITE)
2S4Z-7412-BA (BLACK)
If you have a 04/01/1999 to 2002 Contour/Cougar with a stock cable, the ends only come with a new cable.

Nope, on the spreadsheet theres a TeamFordLV and a FordParts.com. So I meant FordParts, but maybe it stands for TeamFordParts? If so, whats the TeamFordLV?

Most of my email addresses are Teamfordlv.com or Teamford.com, the website is teamfordparts.com

Alright, but still kinda confused as to what part you'd get from fordparts.com with the part number given on the spreadsheet.

Bill, I'm confused.
Which ones are pin end as in all 1999-2002 cougar Cables and which are ball end cables? When you say XS7Z-7E395-AB are the newer style, does that mean they are the ball end type for the focus tower? And when you say the later type cable late 99-2002 ends only come with the cable does that mean that those cables have non removeable ends?
