Changing cluster issue from 99' to 01-02 ??

Is there any difference between an 99 an an 01-02 cluster beside the look/color.
Is this gone connect and fit perfectly???

they are the same, but you do need to change the circuit board to maintain your correct mileage. Very easy to do, tools needed are a 7MM to remove the cluster from the car and i believe T15 or T20 torx driver to open the cluster up.
