The Next Meet

I was thinking about it for a bit and it occurred to me that I don't have a place to throw a barbecue, and it is winter so a barbecue would not be good becuase it is cold. So then I thought, what's a good idea for the next meet? First I thought that we could all go to Infineon for drag night, but that doesn't start 'til March. So, how 'bout a meet in SF, like Pier 39 or something for lunch and cool city pictures and maybe drinking later in the evening? Let me know what you guys think.

Sounds good, after the holidays. Parking may cost a bit, but it's not like we do it every week. :)

Well I'm just going to go ahead and say that the meet should be on February 2nd. It's a Saturday and I'm pretty sure I'll have my car done by then. We could meet at Golden Gate Park becuase there's free parking there, I think, and then go somewhere else. Is the 2nd good for you guys?

I'm not allowed to watch baseball until the Sharks are done with the hockey post-season, hopefully with a Stanley cup victory.

By the way, are you sure you want me to go to an A's game? I'll wear my Giants jersey, and I have a tendency to heckle the A's players. Last time I went to an A's game, Canseco was still playing. Friend had seats 3 rows behind the A's dugout. We heckled Canseco for sucking so much that he actually turned and stared at us. It was the single most awesome sports moment in my life.
