Well, Jeff is returning to MD this weekend... Anybody want to get together? :shrug: I know it's last minute and the holiday season, but I figured I'd see who will be around. :biggrin:

It looks like I have plans Saturday and of course Sunday morning is skating as usual. I'm free Sunday afternoon though.

It's looking like Saturday may not be a good day to try to plan anything. I'm hearing rumors of that ice storm. :(

It sounds like the Midwest is getting hammered by that storm - I think that's the same one heading in our general direction. But from what I heard today they're hoping the storm goes north of us, so we might get just rain. Cold rain, probably, but still just rain.
I was reading an article at the Post website about it, and my first thought was, "I'm glad I have that generator!"
Mine was to drive south. :shrug: :)

i am in, sorry didnt get laptop up and running, its 12:39am and i cant sleep weee for me lol. But ya its cool if nothing goes down this weekend i know its last minute thing, and since i heard its supose to be crapy the next few days. Swear the weather follows me lol and omg i love it 50s out i left with a hoody and a t-shirt under it, and now i am in t shirt and shorts, lol i got a wierd look when i went to the gas station here. Oh also my rental is a Acura TL nothing special like i thought it would be :banghead:

Well, there are some events people might want to attend:
I will be in Annapolis on Monday at the ReadyParts warehouse shipping Roush stuff. If you want in on the Roush GB and not pay shipping, come on up! Location to be disclosed only over the phone on day of event. :)
FastCougar, Topik, and I were going to meet to checkout one another's turbos. I need to follow-up with them to set a date.
How long will you be in Annapolis??
Jeff, glad to hear you got in okay. A TL is a nice rental! I can imagine the looks you got at the gas station. :rofl: No shorts today though... :(

That's a thought - I am free then.
I will be doing surprise branch visits Friday for work (Gambrills, Millersville, Pasadena, Arundel Mills, Columbia & Ellicott City), so that could run a little late. I'll say I'm available after like 6:30-ish...
Jeff where are you staying?
Dinner & a movie or something? We should DEFINITELY avoid the malls though! :ugh:

Dinner would be cool. I'm not up on what movies are out there now (side note: I've seen more movies this summer, mostly with you guys, than I've seen in the past few years).
Malls are evil for the next two weeks. :ugh:
I've definitely seen more movies with the group than elsewhere, but it's okay, I enjoy seeing everyone. :)

Friday is bad for me, i will be with work tell at least 10pm that night from what they tell me. Wow people here can not drive when its raining out almost got creamed by a lady driving a van. I am staying at the same hotel i stayed at while i was here Comfort Suites by the airport.
No, people can't drive in the rain. Wait until you see the snow. :rofl:

We're meeting at 1:30 PM and will probably be shuttling packages around for an hour or two. Gotta get out before rush hour.

lol i really dont want to find out after seeing them in the rain. really not looking forward to saturday when its supose to rain/ice over. Will be the first ice storm i seen lol. i am use to snow storms but not ice storms like i hear happens around here.
and wow i am just loving the weather lol ya sure its only 30 and raining but i am loving it cuz its warm to me lol
Ice sucks. Hopefully they're wrong about that...

ah crap saturday is bad for me now lol, i went ahead and made plans cuz of the ice storm thats supose to be here then lol. i am leaving tonight after work heading down to Louisa, Virginia. havnt seen my friend since we were 14. so ya saturday is a no go, sorry guys :(

Looking at weather.com (http://www.weather.com/outlook/health/coldandflu/hourbyhour/21122?begHour=16&begDay=349), it looks like we could have a mixed precipitation Saturday evening and then it will switch to rain later.
We can still try to get together at some point tomorrow if there's enough interest.
Okay, Alex (formerly called USNCougar) will be up tomorrow evening to hang out. :biggrin: Anybody brave enough is invited to come out too.

btw i took the job, and am moving into a town house with my friend tell i can get a place on my own, well really look for one with out a short notice if you know what i mean. Jan 16th i start my drive toward there lol, i am going to take my sweet old time since i dont have to be at work tell Feb 4th. No i wont take 2 weeks lol, maybe a week though.

It was about 50° today and the next few days are supposed to vary from around 35° lows to 52° highs. :) Welcome to the tropics, lol.

You'll still have salt. :( Unfortunately for you, winter usually hits hard around the time that you expect to be here. But, it shouldn't be as severe as you're used to, or as long.
So where is the townhouse you'll be moving into? And where is your job?

its in crofton, and my job got changed i thougth i was at some port but now i think i am what they are calling it a patrol officer still get paid what they offered me, just it sounds like i am going from account to account to check up on people and see if they have everything and what not, i get a company car. Woot on saving gas lol
Crofton is a nice area. Annapolis is only about 10-15 minutes away (depending on where in Crofton).
Sounds like a great opportunity and the company car is definitely a plus. :biggrin: Good luck to you!

Same lol, sooo happy xmas is over with soon, been crazy getting things ready to move and having my family over today for xmas, lol just to show ya how fast i am packing, i took my xmas tree down today :rofl: lights on the house are coming down tomorrow :)
