GB: Roush spoilers (Payment due Sunday)

Rounding out this Roush blow-out is a GB on spoilers made for Roush Performance. Made exclusively for the Mercury Cougar, these spoilers bolt through the same holes as the stock spoiler. I have seen these go for $100 but my job is to get rid of inventory, so how's $50 plus shipping?!? [Our friends outside the U.S. are welcome to join in on this.] Note that these spoilers come unpainted and do not include new hardware.

The spoilers have a foam backing where the spoiler makes contact with the car. Because this is the last of the inventory, I cannot guarantee that new hardware is available with each shipment. Please keep the hardware for your current spoiler in case you need to re-use it. When the spoilers ship, I will post the hardware list for those that wish to buy new hardware.

Ah I see. I'm just saying because when I got my first kit from ReadyParts, it came with the threaded studs and all new hardware. I then had to install everything onto the spoiler.

However when I got another kit from John he said he didnt have any more mounting hardware for the spoiler.

I sent the warehouse manager photos of the Visteon wing and the Roush wing. He said it's for sure the Roush wing, but I won't be able to inspect the merchandise until visit the warehouse in two weeks to ship everything. I will be sure to contact buyers if I am not sending out a quality product as advertised. I personally like the Visteon wing better.

Speaking of Visteon, the warehouse manager also mentioned a stash of Visteon side skirts. I won't be running a GB unless I can confirm that they are indeed Visteon sides for the Cougar.

I don't think it will save much unless the mats fit in the spoiler box all rolled up. If there is a savings, it will be most significant for our Canadian friends. I can look into it when I am at the warehouse in two weeks.

That's a good plan. I'm working on getting quotes to Canada. I got one set of floormats and one exhaust tip so that I could take pictures, measure them, and get shipping quotes. I'll remove my spoiler and box it and find out what shipping will be.

CANADIANS: I have some bad news. USPS won't ship packages whose L*2(W+H) > 108" to the Great White North. UPS will, but they want $50-$100 to do the deed, and that's with my discount. So you're going to have to get creative. Here are some options:

* I could ship several spoilers to a central location in Canada where you could pick up yours.
* I could ship several spoilers to a northern state in the US where you could pick up yours.
* You can get give me a shipping label with your preferred shipper. Spoilers are in boxes that are 60"x30"x5" and they weight 5 lbs.

got a couple quotes from Fort Erie to med. Hat, fed ex was $37 for 3 day ground, and greyhound was 33.42. with the extra $20 for you to ship it to Buffallo right, would make for a bit over 50 bucks either way.

When you send me my spoiler, check off gift and put the $50 value on it anyway. Works as far as I know with no issues... although I don't imagine that duty is all that much. Its a percentage of the value of the item being shipped. Also if its manufactured in the US then its covered under NAFTA.

The custums "charges" for importing items from the states have gone up lately. I recently had PREDATOR send me 3 different packags as "gifts" through USPS or Canada Post and they chraged me for custums fees on 2 of them.

USPS will not ship the spoiler. It's too big.

Girth = 2 * (W + H)

Length + Girth for the spoiler is:
60 + 2 * (30 + 5) = 130 > 108

Gotta use DHL, FedEx, or UPS, who each want over $100 for shipping.

If you want floor mats or exhaust tips, I can get those to you cheap. Shipping those is only $25 for mats and $25 for tips.

Canadian: The Roush GBs emptied out the "warehouse" (i.e. storage unit). There are just a few random things lying around that were not sold in the GBs.
