ok so i did some searching and came up with nothing...or maybe im half blind.
does anyone make an exhaust cam for the vct equipped cougars. all ive found are the intake ones that fit on a focus engine?!?!

they do make exhaust cams, but you have to remove vct

ok i kinda thought that might be the answer, i'll do some searching on how involved and costly the vct delete is

honestly, unless you plan on going F/I, I wouldn't bother with the exhaust cam....
yeah, it may free up a few hp, but I just don't think it would be worth it unless you have much bigger plans.

will keep that in mind, one day i do have a dream of a turbo, only got a year maybe year and a half left of school, and havnt had to get any loans for it... also heard that the vct delete helps increase the life of the engine. Mostly just weighing my options right now, most likley just an intake cam in the near future. also header and exhaust. hopefully for next summer.

I wouldn't say that it extends the life of your engine...
