Engines And Headers

I've been reading alot of the threads on the site trying to figure it out myself but im coming up short. I have two questions.

1) What 3 L engine can I swap out into my car to give it the power boost I keep reading about? Is it the Taurus cyclone engine?

2) where can I find performance headers for my car? all i can seem to find are weapon R headers but I was hoping for something better.

for a (low mileage) 3L engine go here they sell them already modified for 2.5 parts to bolt up, ported and everything. you just have to drop it in and put a few things on like you intake....all the info i here (they also make a supercharger kit)

for headers (if your car is a v6) go to MSDS (726 for shorty headers and y pipe, ceramic coated of nickel plated)

for just a y-pipe go to the trubendz site, they also make them with highflow cats, and have custom exhausts
