:banghead::confused: i just got a t3 t04 and an intercooler and i need all the pipeing for it and i cant find a place anywere on the internet that has the pipeing kit i dont know what to do and i have a turbo just sitting there waiting to be installed does anyone know where i can get the pipeing done PLEASE HELP PLEASE!! .... i have a 2.0L i4 manual trans 00 couger:confused::banghead:

youre gonna need alot more than piping to put a turbo on your car. check around local muffler shops they can make what you need.

and you're gonna need a lot more research into it... start in the posts at the top of this section. Since you are looking for turbo info maybe you should check the turbo FAQ (http://www.newcougar.org/forums/2-0l-zetec-performance/95871-turbo-faq.html)

your gonna have to have someone make ur piping,or do it urself if u can, ur gonna need a wastegate, blow off valve, bigger MAF, bigger injectors, exhaust manifold, boost controller if u want, and a really good tune. u can only run about 7-10psi max on a stock motor. so do a compression test to see where your motor stands, you may need to rebuild if the compression is low, i would suggest doing a cylinder leak test too, thats much more effective. for that test, 4% leakeage is good, more than that its questionable.
