My account only says 12 dollars though, but I wasn't going to renew my membership so I'd like a refund. Thank you.

hmmm quite the increase! lol don't feel bad, I'm a plat member and it keeps trying to bill me for gold membership repeatedly, fortunately for me, I don't have the account that it's trying to bill anymore so it's all good :grin:

I'm a platinum member and it did bill me for the gold membership. It's $12, so I wasn't that worried.

Here is the problem ... the ORIGINAL Gold Membership was autorenewing. When people upgraded to the Platinum/Life memberships, I forgot about this and can't cancel the subscriptions until they autorenew. So, what I have been doing for the last month is running a weekly report and then once or twice a week I have been refunding people and canceling the original subscription. I will take care of you today Kelly.
I'm going to lock this thread and sticy it ... if anyone has been charged for Gold Membership and wishes to cancel their subscription, please let me know via PM and I will take care of it right away.
