I'm hoping that the decision to take my furniture with me instead of leaving it behind makes the difference!:rofl:
And Kev, you're right. That's why I moved into a house with a TWO car garage. Though, admittedly, not as swanky as Dan's!

Yes, but you don't get the honor (yeah, that's it) of living near DC with the second-worst traffic in the nation!
I understand the first and third one, but what the heck do you mean by the second one? Dan's is a house, too.

We moved to South Riding in a 5 bed, 3.5 bath house with a fenced in backyard. Everybody wins, even the cats, because they have more space to prowl around in.
And Ov3n, this is my house so it's better. ;)

You'll be neighbors with my college roommate, Michael Stupec, his wife Megan and their two kids. Wow, I'm old... but still not as old as Dan. :cover:

Collapsed in a flood?

Close. The ceilings were cut out due to flood. However, I've seen it on those home improvement shows where you wet the popcorn ceiling and then take a scraper and scrape the popcorn off. I'm not sure if that would work for spackle though. :(

Depends on how well painted or primed it is. Often ceilings of any kind just get a coat of primer, youd be suprised how often this happens. Youll know this when the 1st coat of paint sucks up to the ceiling like a spounge and you find yourself with not enough paint.
