Alright so short story~
I went into the national city bank near my parents house and no more than 5 minutes later I come out to see damage on my front right fender and rear bumper (same white paint marks on both so I'm guessing it was the same idiot)~ No information left and the bank doesnt have cameras where my car was parked (go figure)~~~

Anyways I'd appreciate your input

I'm leaning towards X1

I voted F1 Cuz I have the X1s and dont want too many people to get um lol. Too late, I got the first set ever made and since then well... They got mass produced LOL. And I was like the 100000th person to get them installed, sat in my basement for 2-3yrs I forget.
Anyways, whatever you do, pay for a gooood paint job, trust me.

Quick question, I havent seen the fenders off, but are the vents (F1, X1 etc) actually functional or purely aesthetics.

Next~Anyone got any suggestions for where to take them to get painted in southern NOhio (yes, NOhio)

Depends on your definition of "functional". They are actually openings in the fenders, and are usually covered in some sort of mesh, but I don't know what function the possible air flow might have. So I'm going with aesthetics.

Depending on which way the vents face you could run a piece of small dryer hose or something from the vent to your brakes for cooling. But i doubt it would really be worth it unless your riding your brakes hard a lot.

Thanks for the clarification~ i hadn't looked at it too much and didn't know if there was a gap for engine heat escape~ I know the inner fender wall (nice technical name there eh?) would block all heat escape from the brakes~oh well ~ it'd be nice to get a functional hood scoop to cool our damn volcano of an engine bay

I love the F1's, just saw a cougar with those the other day. First time I have seen them in person. The X1's don't look right unless paired with other mods- see NVMYCAT on cardomain for pics of a properly done Cougar, matching x1s with rear vents, and the kit. Z3 is on every modded honda I see, personally, the only car I like the Z3's on is a Z3 itself.

even that's questionable in my opinion.
