Hi guys, does anyone know what it takes to install factory cruise control from say a junk yard car, to a 2.0 with manual trans? Is it a clean swap, or do I need to run the wires? Is it the same system as a 2.5, are they interchangeable? Thanks.

well you need the cruise control box from under the hood and a cruise control cable that attaches to the trottlebody [these are different than your v6's... if you need to buy this new, they are like 40 bucks]. And you will also need a steering wheel with the cruise control buttons [all the wiring will already exist].
If your doing this soon, PM me, I'd be very interested in buying the cuise control delete plug off of you [this is a plug cover that goes over the wiring harness rather than plugging into the cruise control box].
