you could fill it yourself. its not hard to do and will prolly cost you the same if not less than buying one

I'm filling mine this weekend. I can do another set. I could ship the leftover urethane for a fair price.

how would one go about doing this?

buy the urathane, drill holes though all the dimples on the mount so that the liquid urathane can flow to the other side, duct tape off one side of the mount, fill, let harden

i bought mine from McMaster-Carr in Atlanta. You want what is known as a casting compound (http://www.mcmaster.com/nav/enter.asp?pagenum=3495). There are several options for hardness and curing (i.e. drying) time.

what's the difference in the different hardnesses? (other than one being harder than another) what difference does it make for the car?

harder = rougher ride, more vibration translated to the car

i have a metal front mount and a filled rear and my car rides a lot stiffer and vibrates more than badazz's who has filled front and rear

Your other options are:
* Purchase new SVT motor mounts
* Purchase "inserts" that fit the front SVT motor mount

H.D. Motor Mount Inserts (2 piece) K433B $19.50
SVT Motor Mount (front) K433A $69.50
SVT Motor Mount (rear) K433C $95.45

just in case anyone is going to do the insets on the front mount its cheaper to buy the mount from teamford it was like $45 iirc and then the inserts from BATinc.

thought i would throw that out there
