I dont own a cougar but I do have a 3.0L dohc motor found as an upgrade for your cars and was wondering if there was an aftermarket performance cams you would prefer over stock to make better power and torque. Ive bored it out 30ths over domed forged pistons and port and polished the heads checked all tolerances for clearance issues and im stuck at the cams to get this started running again. I dont want to use SVT cams maybe something more aggressive.:bowdown::banghead:
