Just in time for CF prep: Anyone tried " Ice Liquid Clay Bar"

Turtle Wax's online ad for it makes it sound even better than Meguir's Clay Bar, and MUCH easier to use... True, or just hype??

Tried it last week and hated it, its a mess. I tried the new wax as well and hated it. Just stick to what works good.


Afterall it is Turtle Wax.

I think the ICE clear liquid polish is a great MAINTENANCE wax. Once you have a good finish, it is SUPER EASY to keep it shiny and protected.

I did my whole car in like 90 minutes.

I also tried the liquid ICE clay bar and it sucks. I tossed the full bottle in the garbage and used a Zaino clay bar instead which worked wonders.

back to life!! My friend and I used the Ice wax kit on his Galant, and I wa pleased with the results of it. It felt great, and looked better, (not to mention smells great!). When I do mine in a week I'll probably use mothers, but Ice isn't bad. He just saw an infomercial on Ice and came away with a "must-buy" mentality, and I had seen someone's pics on here that looked great. It is definetely better than any low end wax...

i also hated the liquid clay bar, total waste of $12. although the spray detailer is pretty darn good
