Wiring harness came loose? Can you provide more info? Does it turn on, load/eject CDs, switch stations? Are your speakers power through an external amp, if so have you checked to make sure that the in-line fuse and fuses on the amp have not blown?

what brand is your radio? Did you solder and tape all your wire connections? or did you just jumble them together and pray it works with a little tape? Crimp caps?
or was it already in the car when you bought it?
please be less vauge k.

What model?
Check that it doesn't have an option to turn off the internal amp - some radios have that feature for people that are running external amps. (Obviously if it does have that feature, make sure the internal amps are on.) You should be able to find a manual for it on Pioneer's website.
Play with the fader and balance and see if anything changes, if you haven't already.
Then check the connections in the back.

If you don't know where to find the wiring harness you should not attempt to service this yourself. Find a friend that knows something about electronics or car stereos.

I doubt you'd be able to fix the internal amp if it were broken. If it's just turned off, then finding the option in the menus and turning it back on shouldn't be a problem. But if it's actually internally broken, unless it's a high-end Premier unit, it's almost certainly not worth fixing.

first things first, make sure its not a wire before you get into the CD player. Since its aftermarket, the wires might have come loose.

If it worked one day... and then just stopped the next, I'd be willing to be its the audio chip... which if you take it to an audio shop they can order the chip and remove the fubared one, and solder in the new one, but the audio chip c an be expensive (30-80 id guess) depending on the model, and then labor too... After all expenses you're prolly lookin at 100-200... which you could get a new deck for, with bluetooth built it  just my $.02

ok sounds about right with the chip.. if i remeber right the fuse on the back is fine.. but if it is the audio chip then it makes sense.

Take it to a professional audio store and have them look at it. They will likely examine it for free, and then give you options of what to do to fix it. Best Buy would be a good option, they usually check stuff out for free.

they will look at the car and go through the settings however they pull the radio and your looking at 17.99 per quarter hour to fix it. roughly 70 and hour.
depending on where you live you might be able to get a member from on here to take a look at it. I know that a more then a few of us are installers
