Not too sure how many of you follow the Detroit Tigers, but last night Justin Verlander threw his first no-hitter, the first for the Tigers since 1984.

Detroit is currently tied with Cleveland for 1st place in the AL Central Division.

and we all remember what happened in 1984....

just think a few days ago people were talking about the large downturn the Tigers' pitching has taken this year... too bad the #1 pitcher (Rogers) and #1 releiver (Zumaya) have been injured all or nearly all season...

With both of them coming back, Bonderman still hasn't lost, Verlander's on fire, Tigers batting #1 in the league.... better buy your playoff tickets now boys and girls... You can feel the magic in the air...

GO TIGERS!!!
