What years will it Fit ?

Both the Scoop and Grill will fit ANY Year Cougar

How Hard is it to fit..?

Scoop Relatively easily if you use Sikaflex, Same glue that Major Car manufacturers use, once its on it'll only come off with the metal underneath attached... :rofl: Available from any panel shop cheap

Drilling... A little harder but about 3hrs work... Be careful aint no 2nd chances

Grill about 40mins to fit that easy..

What are they made of ?

Gelcoated Fibreglass and Prepped ready too Paint, light sanding and filling required. Smooth as a babies bum.. or a slick a dick cheynes shooting ;)

How much work is it to Ship to the USA in a Batch of ten ? Piece of Piss.. Plus Australia Post are not the Morons that USPS are and charge 1/2 the cost.. with about 90% less damage..

How much work is it to Ship in the USA to each Gber ? Sh1T Loads so whoever does it better know what there in for... Grief whinges, and "wheres my grill scoop you said 2 weeks its been 2 weeks and 24hrs already"

What responsibility DO I take after they reach the USA in 1 Piece ?

Absolutely NONE.. however if Possible I always ship a spare of each in case and can be sold off by the Organiser and profits 1/2 each to me and them..

About 3 weeks to do em we have only 1 mould each... and about 8hrs curing time in each... About 7-10 days shipping to the USA (I ain't in Sydney Australia or the Gold Cost or the Eastern States at all (puke puke) I'm in the MOST ISOLATED Capitol City in the World, Perth Western Australia, Where's that I hear you ask... Well Look on a Map for Sydney and Head 6000ks' West and youll Hit Perth on the Indian Ocean)

ANSWER 100's of them NO problems at ALL Although they are MADE ONLY for Aussie Cougars they ARE MADE IN the USA Not Australia... and here they are about 700USD a set... Do they look better dunno never seen a US cougar up close..

Why can you buy em in the USA ?? Pretty much because FORD USA are a bunch of tools, who couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery.. And th same reason my after market Cougar Brakes came from the USA although they are made by DBA (Disc Brakes Australia) not that they couldn't organise a Piss up in a Brewery they wouldn't even know what a bloody brewery is..

Same with the Euro/Aussie Climate control... Price for everything is way way too high

Last but not least, both my Motor and Turbo don't come in a Kit form, nor does my mates Supercharged ATX both of our cars were custom built along with the SS headers and exhaust... We are not interested in selling the kits and or the know how on how to do it, our emission control laws here are not as draconian as the USA's, and the traffic cops here are much nicer...and less likely to pull us over cough cough(I know I'm one of em :) ) so don't ask and ya wont get offended when I ignore you...

Not enuf for the scoops, but more than enough for the Grils, they are easy to pack into boxes so are not limited to 10, can normally get 15 in a big box, but if its 20 just ship in 2 boxes... Scoops, well they are heavier and bastards...to ship..

BTW the Grill comes with the 1. Grill 2. Wire Mesh.. thas it.. Need to cut the mesh to length, peice of piss and couple screws for the Grill...

Well I wouldn't mind completing the GB for the scoops, They will cost around $130 total if we have less than 10. I was looking at getting one and the few others that were. It could still happen, we just wouldn't make it in time for them to arrive with the grills.
