Wyoming cougar spotted in UTAH

I was wondering if anyone here has a Red cougar with Wyoming plates and was driving around Bountiful Utah, i saw the car pull into a group of stores on 5th South, i was behind it...

Anyways, just wanted to see if it was someone from the forums :).
