This is a used Kenwood KDC-MP225 head unit - I just upgraded to a better model; this one works perfectly.

Features:
--One set of preamp outputs, for the rear speakers or a subwoofer
--Controls Kenwood CD Changers (6 disc or 10 disc), Sirius/XM tuner, AUX inputs, Music Keg, iPod, etc. (None of this is included.)
--Plays MP3 and WMA discs
--Detachable face - there is a screw in the top of the unit disabling that feature, however you can remove it easily (I just tried it) if you do want to be able to detach the face.

--Trim ring (silver)
--Kenwood RC-505 remote

The only thing you'd need to install this in your Cougar would be the mounting kit.
