i noticed a decent inprovement with the straighter pipe and without the weapon r elbow thing to be honest.
and with the header and catback... my intake at high rpm's such as 5.5k and above doesnt even make the growl, it just has this crazy "air flow sucking" sound. hard to explain.

No if you know how to drive you shouldn't mess anything up. Normal driving I shift around 3 1/2K just like cougarprophet said for more improved MPG. When Racing I shift around 5200-5500. When revving to high you tend to lose some power. Thats why I don't hit 6K+

Zxtuner intake looks good. I'm not a big fan of the Elbow coupler from the throttle body to the main piping. Is that material silicone or rubber? I'm too lazy to fully read the description.

Maybe the reason is that you own a 4 bangers
Here in France when you see a Cougar (only 3232 sold in 3 years) you can be sure that it's a 4 bangers... V6 are very rare :)

im not sure if the cougar and zx2 throttle bodies are the same, if they are youll have to modify the fc throttle bracket to make the cougar cable work or youll have to switch to a focus throttle cable. also something about moving the tps to another position. there's a write up on teamzx2.com about what needs to be done.

Someone from ukcougar.com told me that it was really easy to do it!
Take the air intake pipe away from tb.
Disconnect the throttle cable.
Take out the four philips screws that hold your standard TB to the plastic manifold.
Srew on the replacement tb and reasemble in reverse.
But just one thing not to forget that I don't understand :
"You will need a larger piece ofd connector pipe to go from the induction elbow to the throttle body too."

since the throttle body is bigger, the coupler from the intake that connects to it needs to be bigger.
but since you have the zxtuner one, you'll be fine.

speaking of which, if you have the stock throttle body, and you have the zxtuner intake, your going to need a spacer to fit around the throttle body because the throttle body is 2.5 inches and the intake elbow is 3 inches.

no, not like that.
i have the stock throttle body, which is 2.5 inches or so.
the zxtuner elbow that connects to the throttle body is 3 inches.
what i did is i took a 2.5inch coupler, cut it in half, put it around the throttle body, then attached the zxtuner intake.
