bought anything from kko? if you have i wanna know if you have had the problems i have had from them! i ordered a bumper march 5th i got an email shortly after i ordered saying it was gonna be shipped out the next day which was tue the 6th saying id recieve it in three business days which woulda been friday the 9th. well nothing came friday i gave it til monday before i contacted them. well monday came no bumper i call and frank calls me back and says that the people delivering it to me cracked it really bad and they sent it back... i said ok now what he said we have one in fiberglass and i dont want fiberglass so i told him id call him back tue. the 13 i called setup to deliver a new bumper wed i got the conformation it was going to be picked up to ship out gave me a tracking # and everything well the tracking # has yet to work and i keep getting emails back from them saying they are trying to find out whats going on. i called estes-express who kko said picked it up but estes is saying the have no freight to go along with that tracking # im getting aggravated... anyone else have this problem?
