We got somewhere around 14". The snowdrifts were to the top of the wheel wells on the 6 this morning, and the Cougar is in a snowbank until further notice. Thankfully, I have a nice neighbor who snow-blowed the end of my driveway for me this morning. Took me an hour to get home from work last night (normal 20 minute commute):
Old RWD Volvo going sideways up the hill on i787, slowing everyone down as they had to find a way around him
10 mph for about 5 miles due to a Stupid User Vehicle having gone off the Thruway - troopers and tow truck were there
Another Stupid User Vehicle, going about 45 around a nearly 90 degree curve at the end of i890, did a couple of 360's about 3 cars in front of me...then decided that maybe slower wasn't such a bad idea
The 6 didn't do too badly in the snow - the traction control works rather well.
We got maybe 3 inches in Buffalo, most of which is now melted from the sun today. Either way, I'm ready for spring!

i was trying to fly in home (to rochester) on friday and was part of the eastcoast wide cancelling of plane flgihts... ironically not because rochester had too much snow but because maryland was getting "ice pellets". goodtimes i love airports almost as much as this white stuff.

i live in Greece...when im home of course...i goto school at University of Maryland... my car duznt see alot of action...actually its only been drivin once in like 2 years (dwi's are never a goodtime children)

i think i get back from school literally that day so itll be cutting it close...well see what kind of plane flights i can get and ill let u guys know...i should go since i always complain to myself how lazy empire neco is as a whole

it should be bye-bye snow tomorrow hopefully for the year right?
idc i wont be around here ill be back at school but i always get exciting when that last snow melts the hell away.

after all the mud and soupy stuff dries up...oh baby look out...ive never been so excited for warm weather. These warm days here and there are teases..mother nature:disgust:

carajo... this lust for snow makes me want to strangle you! the NE would be the best place to live if it never snowed...
besides... its about time for spring/summer already... enough with all the winter clothes and snow shovels already... i wanna see scantelly clad wimminz and roll with my windows down
