I need a moon roof pannel and track assembly if anyone has any for a 99-00 Cougar. Also, does the Ford Contour have the same moonroof and assembly as the cougar?

^^^ you dont want the 99-00 track assembly they break, you want a 01-02 metal rails which im also looking for, the problem with that is that the price is overinflated. :(

The Contour sunroof opens into the vehicle, where as the Cougars opens out on top of the roof of the car. Also the Contour has a glass assembly not metal like the Cougars. So I believe they will not swap. But deffinitely buy the 01-02 sunroof with the metal tracks.

i just need the pannel mainly, i forgot to screw in the ones holding it on one time and it flew off...

^^^ LOL So did i. I had a few scratches on it, I was lucky it didn't hit anyone. It scared the hell out of me tho./

but mines all bent out of shape, itll be hell to try and get it straight and not leak.
