Myrtle Beach Meet July27th-July29th

Im at it yet again. The first ever meet at a beach house. yes you heard me right we are renting out a beach house waterfront first row right on the beach. The official meet will only last the listed dates of July 27th-29th but we will be renting out the beach house for an entire week. So if anyone wants to stay longer than can as well.

There are tons of things to do there. Here are just a few things ive come up with as possibilites.

Things that have been mentioned to do there

1) rent a beach house (Hotel as a back up plan)
2) BBQ Friday, and even Early Saturday Night
3) hot wimins
4) Bar for the 21+ crowd on Saturday Night
5) Tons and Tons of picture ops for all
6) possibility for awards and such (have a small car show on Saturday afternoon)
7) Get local press to come to the show and get recognition for our efforts

With two full days of things to do in Myrtle beach, why not get in on some fun there with some go cart racing, paintball, and water park fun. What I have listed above is jsut the tip of the ice burg on what we can make happen there, just depends on our dedication to setting it up, and no one getting arrested (although it would make for some great stories, we just don't want that kind of attention)

Have a go cart track with cars the go in excess of 50 mph on the straight aways. While providing various other thrill rides.

They offer water slides
Go carts
and minature golf
Discount on 15 or more people.

And of course the always popular photo ops that will present themselves through out the weekend.
We could end the event on Saturday night with a large BBQ and possible prizes to be awarded to the lucky members that show up.

There are so many things to do there it honestly is rediculous. With everyone looking for something to do on the South East coast this summer. I honestly think everyone near this area should attend the meet.

This meet is open to all makes and models; even the scantily clad ones are welcome.

The house will cost $3750 taxes,fees, cleaning service all included for the week there is a $300 refundable security deposit. That give us a grand total of : $4050

Assuming 11 people in the house the payment structure will be as follows. All persons will be required to have 50% of the cost to rent the house plus security deposit put down by April 28th to reserve there spot. To keep people from backing out at the last second this 50% WILL NOT be refundable. The portion that was put to the secuirty deposit Will be refunded but not until after the meet is over.

Of course you can pay your portion in full at any time. But if after April 28th and you have to back out you will lose 50% of it minus the security deposit.

Every member must be paid in FULL no later than June 2nd that will be the cut off date. If you are not paid in full by then you will forfeit your spot and your 50% minus security deposit

Now for the cost for 11 people total cost PER person will be $369 including the security deposit that will be refunded after the meet.

Payment Structure Timing Summary
Cost of Rent $341+ $28 refundable security deposit = $369
To reserve your spot 50% + security deposit is due by April 28th for the amount of: $198.50 (that includes the $28 refundable security deposit.)
Payment in full Required By June 2nd remaining amount due by this date will be : $170.50

There is a new pricing structure on guests as well. If you pay in full and reserve your spot your guest gets to stay for only $50 but on the stipulation you must share a bed. $50 dollars DOES NOT get them there own bed.

And if for any reason once down there somebody where to not stay at the house or get arrested or something no refunds will be given.

Wow. That sounds effin' awesome. I'd love to go, but my plans are up in the air right now. I have to find out when I'm going on my cruise to Alaska this summer, which is supposed to be around the same time.

sounds sweet to me. i have some friends in myrtle beach, so I might be interested. i'll have to wait to make my decision dependin on money etc, but I definately am interested.

All i gotta say is..i Love living less than 2 hrs from Myrtle beach :) I will give u an answer by April. My car got damaged pretty badely over the weekend so its setting me back alot. and i have to push back my plans for it till summer. so ill see if i can afford it.

We're going to annex you, and then do the same with the northern NECO's. After that, we're launching a blitzkrieg across the ConUS and then facing down the brutal Canadian winters until total domination is OURS!

trust me thats no where near pricey some of the places i looked at rented for up to 10k a week most on avg where 6-7k

and its only $347 for an entire week if you choose to stay that long. and if you only stay the weekend. its still not that bad you'll spend what $100+ a night at a hotel at least down there during the summer. and on top of that you get $60+ back after the meet is over and the security deposit gets refunded. so in reality your only spending $287.

and if thats not enough. im working on sponsorships. And ive started on several other sites ive posted this raffles. where people buy tickets n get a chance at a cool prize and all the monies n profits go into funding the meet and getting the cost of the house down for everyone!

new payment structure and due dates have been posted. had to change some stuff around the house we was gonna get was snatched out from under us. cost is now way better for couples that are coming no longer per person. if you bring a guest n you pay your spot in full n share the bed they get to stay for only $50 dollars.
