finally!!!!

So, I finally decided to take the car to a shop...found out it was the ball joint. Both sides were gone...575 dollars later, car should be driving a lot better! So another symptom: popping noise when turning a corner: possible solution, ball joint.

I think I replace my ball joint for around $30. :confused:

yeah, it includes doing another alignment to. I'd do it myself..but, Tom and I have done a lot to the car and it's about time I just have it done and then it's fixed.

Hey big, I still have the parts man..how do you want me to get them to ya? I feel bad not being able to make that trip up there to dyno the car. There would have been no way of making it with what it costs to fix the car now.

OH...and of course....I put in a new alt. Reved the engine up to 4500...alt light comes on. gotta love the stinkin' mercury for helping us out on that.

well...that 500 bucks...a waste. still knocking when I turn...i'm guessing somewhere in the steering arm or some crap like that. anyone know of a deep river or pond?

i think at this point it wouls be cheaper to find a junkyard and replace the whole shebang
