Nopi Drags in Michigan

Nopi is finally coming to Michigan. The end of July at Milan they will be hosting the drag series (this year they added 8 drift events, as well). So, anyone wanna go as long as its not the same time as CF?

My pref would be to take the Eclipse and run it -- but not sure if the shop will let me run the car, especially after we just spent the car for the full body wrap... But the Cougar will be fun to take, as well, mainly because Nopi ends up being a body/paint contest anyways...

Have you been to any of the Nopi events before?? I have seen some on tv, they look a great time.

Been to a LOT of the Nopi events, but never in MI. I've even had a few customer cars in the Nopi-Nats. It's a great time, just concerned on what all they'll bring to Milan. Normally there's everything from the Xbox tent to the foampit, and this year they've added more stuff. It should be interesting, to say the least. Best part is its an all day/night event -- goes well into the dark hours, which makes for a great time...

I would like to go to this . . . but I have a feeling that after Carlisle and CougarFest, I'm gonna be about tired of long-ass drives. We'll see what happens as the event gets closer.

I'll be there. I've been to Milan once, and have been waiting impatiently to go back. so, I'll most likely be there.
