I saw it in St. Paul, right off of 94 and snelling. Actually, now that I think about it, it didn't have your muffler/exhaust contraption at least not that I saw and I would have noticed that). It looked EXACTLY like yours.

There is a cougar that has the same body kit, spoiler, and hood scoop, and really close looking rims that I see driving around every once in a while.
But everytime I saw that cougar a friend was driving.
