some-one tried to jimmy my door in houston last week-end. when i got in the car the power locks wouldnt work. so i had to lock it manualy the next couple of days. now it want even unlock manualy and i cant get the door open to fix it.

The slim jim must of cut into the leads to the lock.....damn...Id call a locksmith, maybe he has something to help you out with. What part of Houston were you in?

it was actualy at the woodlands mall. never thought something like that would happen there.
ive got some bad friend in dallas, maybe one of them can slim-jim it .
That sucks!! Slim Jims can do real damage sometimes. If you're lucky, your local PD may do lock outs for free to get you in, otherwise you'll have to buck-up and pay for either a locksmith or a towing service to unlock the door. The towing service we use at work charges something like $45 for lock-out service. Good luck!

do you have to take the whole door cover off to get the insert piece off.
