I found something interesting, I used rubbing alcohol to get the green off an 01-02 hvac. I tried on a 99-00 and it does not work. it only takes off the green too!

Yeah, A bunch of crappy ones. Oh, I used a steam machine to seperate the face from the backing.

Mine worked fine for my 99 Coug and I used rubbing alcohol.
