Ok, so first off what is a C2 cougar? second will the needles go on my 00 with no modifiacation. If this is the case i will be extremely happy!! :banana:
Also where can i get them?

Cougar 2 is the new "facelifted" model that was sold from 2000 onwards IIRC
The C2 needles will indeed slip straight onto you C1 guages
As for finding a set, good luck mate. Rarer than rocking horse poo mate.
Even if you do find a C2 in a scrap yard, you will be very lucky for them to allow you to strip the guages down just to take the needles !!

Shag, Y'all across the pond did not get the actual C2 package, yes you got the cougar 2, which is our 01-02 cougar here in the USA. A C2 cougar is a package that was offered that came with C2 badging a visteon spoiler, a blue faced radio, blue stiched cougar heads in the seat, a blue cluster with clear needles and possibly a visteon hoodscoop. Yes they will fit on a normal cluster, however I suggest using the whole face to avoid recalibrating the needles. good luck touching one for under $100

Andrew, aren't the C2 needles just the same as any other 01-02 set? Meaning, he could use the clear needles from any 01-02 cluster, not just specifically the C2 set.
