i'd actually love to start going to oceanside on wednesday nights again in the spring (if there's still a show out there every week). Good times. We used to have 7-8 contours out there every week. Everyone sold their car or moved lol! And it's been a long time since i had a fire under my @$$ about the car. I'm sure the cobra will change that. I'm hoping to buy in 4-6 months.

I've already got it all planned out. A 2003 Dark Shadow Gray - convertible of course. Pullies, exhaust, intake, tune - making somewhere in the neighborhood of 500RWHP. Oh, i'm getting myself moist:

That's a nice color. It is a sexy ride. Not a big fan of convertibles, however. I would love it if they made t-tops! Damn Ford.

im hoping it'll hold out for the winter since it's been giving me trouble (but i paid $1000 for it and i've had it for 3 years/50k miles!), if so then i'll have until next year to come up with some $$$ for another beater. That is if it dies. I think the problem is with the fuel pump honestly.

As far as the convertable - heh, well since i'm gonna be buying the car in cash (you can check the prices on ebay!), i'm probably gonna be hanging on to it for a while, i'm looking to get as much bang for the buck as possible. A reliable cruiser that runs a standing 12 second 1/4 is sweet. You'd like to cruise with the top down and you know it! I'll take whatever is the best deal that comes my way, but i'd really like the vert.

hehe, i took a nice long drive last weekend and that's it. I have to gather up all my parts and the stock rims from my grandfathers house and then saturday morning i'm taking it to the hand car wash and filling up the tank and then that's it.

Good news is, i'll have 98% of the money i need for the cobra. Sick!

Yeah i know it's not a vert, but it's got pretty much all the mods i'm looking for. ~440 RWHP and 47s tq, and all supporting mods (upgraded clutch, input shaft and fidanza flywheel) And i'm super paranoid about the ragtop giving me problems and me having to pay 2k for a new one!
