Broken bolt/missing bushing (http://pyro81.brinkster.net/forsale/fs-limarm.jpg)
This is a stock lower intake manifold from a 1999 return-style fuel system Cougar V6. Has about 40k miles on it. I hasn't been cleaned or anything so it's a bit nasty. There is one butterfly that is bent. There is also a broken off UIM bolt in one of the bolt holes. If I have time I’ll get it out. You'll also need new bushings for the linkage arm that connects the two banks of butterflies together. They are pretty cheap. Other than all that it's perfectly fine.
*NOTE* This is from an early 1999 model year cougar with the return style fuel system. It is the LIM with the SMALLER bores. This is only good for people that want to swap it back out with their SVT spec LIM to sell their cars or for people that want an LIM to experiment with. This can only hinder performance when installed!

Pic of damage. 56k beware, very large file! (http://pyro81.brinkster.net/forsale/fs-bezeldamage.jpg)
I didn't like any of the other bezels on the market for the cougar and none of them really do much to help support the head unit. So i sat down and designed a bezel that will not only fill the empty space around the head unit, but also provide a place to mount the head unit securely. It's designed and made by yours truly out of solid aluminum. It's designed to be used in the panel from my 1999 cougar. So unless the dimensions changed at all for any of the other panels from the other year cougars i can't see it not fitting them. It is completely flat and will not match the contours of the panel. However, with a little fiberglass and bodywork, it can be molded to the panel to look like one piece
Some trimming will need to be done to the tabs on the panel it's mounted to. But it's very minor and will take only a couple seconds. I will provide pics of what i'm talking about if needed. Also, you will not be able to reuse the two screws that hold the panel onto the dash where the head unit is mounted. There is no way to get to them.
I will also be providing the bolts i used to mount the bezel to the panel.
Graphic on it is painted on and can be sanded off. This has also been cleared.
There is some minor damage on it which I have a picture of above. On the left of the pic is a scratch. I believe it's nothing to worry about and can be sanded out. To the right of the pic you'll see a chunk missing in the aluminum, that's nothing to worry about as the head unit will hide it, but just below it there is a small low spot in the corner. It's not really noticeable. And there's not really much you can do to fix it other than welding some aluminum on and milling it flat. Which isn't really worth the trouble. There is also a dent in it on the very top. But once it’s installed you’ll never see it.
