v6 mtx 02

i have an 02 that needs a few engine parts. runs just doesnt go over 50. went to get it looked at and heres what it needs... codes are P0141, P1520 and P0171. needs body work, kit was molded ripped off due to fallin off tow dolly. it has no back seats, full spare tire, 6 disc changer oem, "race seats", dual exit exhaust (dynomax muffler), intake, and omp front tower bar, moonroof, low miles (47000 ish) and its a v6 mtx. i'll take some snap shots monday. price wise tryin to get what i still owe for it... $5500

the car is sittin at my buddys shop. the color of the car is mat-black now but oem is dark shadow. willin to do the body work for a serious buyer.

I don't mean to burst your bubble, but that's quite a bit to ask for such a "project" car due the amount of things that need done to it.
