Don't believe he's a member, but driving this afternoon I spotted a modded Cougar travelling North on Winston Churchill near the 403. I was going the other way, so it was hard to tell..but it was kitted (Wings West I think) and was riding on Konig Unknowns it looked like. I don't know if he noticed me or not...but yeah...member?
