Its $721 a month, two bedroom, one bath, one kitchen. I don't remember the exact square footage, though 1,060 comes to mind.
The price is a touch high for this area, however, if you like to party . . . and I think we all know that I do :evil: . . . it is literally within three blocks of a casino, two strip clubs, 12 restaurants and 22 bars and clubs, and I can be within walking distance of another dozen or so bars with a two-minute car ride. :)
