Any one in ATL with the tools to install CAI??

Im in ATL and wondering if there was anyone in the vicinity that has the tools to install a CAI??

i do believe you can buy the tools needed for under 50... plus theyre always nifty to have around :) i just bought a nice torq and socket set.... Fun times :)
