Energy Suspension inserts. $18 new, here for $10 OBO. Used 1 year before I filled the mount with urethane for the turbo.

Mazda 6 exhaust cams, already cut down for use in our non-VVT Duratecs. Good for excellent low punch, flat torque curve under 6000RPMs when used with 3L oval-port intake cams. Used 1 year with T3/4 ADC turbo kit, upgraded recently to SVT cams/timing system. Mobil 1 oiled, 5k mile change interval. Paid $381 new from Bill J. Can include 3L oval port intake cams free at buyer's request. $175 OBO for both.
