Yea, the first time I saw that movie I cringed....when they talk about his dad running the "Pro Stock Circuit" with that Charger...oiy...Pro Stock is drag racing, there are no turns. Second, Pro Stock has always been a normally aspirated class, so no blowers either. Last, not since the 60's has a 9 second pass been competitive, even in the early 70's they were going mid 8's. Yea, and double clutching is a downshift, so why would it matter when they do that drag race anyway? Most people call it "heel and toe" now anyway because it is generally used in road racing. As you can see I have angst against that movie.
