Re: SVT LITE Upgrade For Dummies

It's correct.

The SVT throttle body cable is the same as an ATX throttle body cable, that's why you would ONLY need the SVT cruise control cable for the upgrade on an ATX.

Re: SVT LITE Upgrade For Dummies

For better clarification, previously posted by B3NN3TT:

MTX cable = MTX 2.5 TB

ATX cable = ATX 2.5 TB or SVT TB

Re: SVT LITE Upgrade For Dummies

Sorry guys if this is the wrong place to post this question.

What do cams really do, proformance wise, ect?
How much is one looking to pay for all the essential parts?
Horsepower? Sound? Having an ATX matter?

Really Im a newbie on fixing up my car.(can you tell) I have done an intake, first project. Which consisted of removing original airbox and putting a adapter on the MAF and then cone-filter. Second mod was aftermarket muffler.( Not ricy) Cutting off the stock muffler and welding a elbow, short pipe and muffler. So as you can see very new. Please dont slam me. If a made a mistake posting in this forum please bring it to my attention. thank you.

Blackstock-

Please see the rest of the stickies in this section, specifically this one to answer your questions. Also, ensure you've read the FAQ (a lot of good info I put in there). Welcome aboard.

Re: SVT LITE Upgrade For Dummies

I have a question...I am buying daves SVT UIM/LIM/TB and cable. Only problem is that my car has the return style fuel system, and Dave's stuff is returnless. Can I just swap the fuel rails from my stock LIM onto the SVT stuff?
