    y-pipe and cat. conv.

I searched, but still a little confused. So please help me out.

My catalytic converter is about shot, i.e. nice rotten egg smell during hard acceleration. My question for anyone is about the y-pipe.

Does the y-pipe with cat. conv. from yo-dude exhaust connect to a borla dual-exhaust without any problems? And, would the y-pipe and cat fix the problem with the smell?

    Thanks for any help.

    Thanks. Nice and quick.

However, can I do the yo-dude y-pipe now and then connect some MSDS headers down the road?
I have heard that they don't fit to well together.

Isn't the Yodude Y-pipe 2.5" and the Borla 2"...thats a big step off...
A little tiny 1-2mm "ridge" (made by cutting the pipe and not filing it smooth) cost me 4 HP/4lb/ft ( dynoed ...found ridge & removed while on dyno, redynoed). Hate to think what a .5 inch step off does to exhaust gas flow...

MSDS headers come with their own y-pipe. I don't think that the yo-dude will bolt up to it.
