ADC. Used to make stuff for our cars, including the turbo kit I had in my 3L Cougar. Also made a chip. Basically just an SCT chip with their tune.

Has There Ever Been Any Dyno Results Just From An Svt Lite Upgrade?

check the dyno thread, im gonna say no its not that great of an increase....its a great upgrade but it doesn't put out much more hp.
