i needs opinions on y-pipe

well, i'am planning on getting the SHO y-pipe w/ high-flow cat. How much difference can u see in HP gains? also, does the sound get louder? is it worth it? thanks!

I have the R/T stainless steel "Y" and their High Flow Cat. The first thing I noticed was that the V6 seemed to rev easier and an d then adding conical filter I could really tell that the eanging was breating much better. You relly need to get it breathing better on both ends intake and exhaust.

I just got the SHO shop with the cat, I love it. I noticed a difference as sson as I drove it, made the exhaust deeper too. IT made a big difference, I highly reccomend it.

is the SHO pipe a direct bolt on, or is there any welding involved? about how long does it take to put on? thanks

its a bolt on, took me and a friend 1 hour to put it on, the hardest part was getting the bolt out that connect the piece that cooencts to the cat and the piece that connects the rest of the exhaust. For some reason the bolts on my car were bent. Im going to get mine welded anyway.

what y-pipe would you guys recommend? whats the cheapest?
i really want one with a removeable cat.

the SHOshop is te cheapest, I really like mine. Both yo-dude and shoshop haveones with a removable cat

I have the YoDude Dual Exhaust. Do I have to go with the YoDude Y-Pipe? I'm also interested in adding the MSDS Headers. Will the YoDude Y-Pipe and MSDS Headers work together? I thought I heard someone say before that the 2 don't work well together.
