Question looking for replacement dpfe hose to tube connections

my 2002 cougar 2.5L V6 has a bad dpfe sensor. so i'm going to replace it but i need the two high-temperature hoses that connect to the high and ref fittings on the egr pressure tubes. does anyone know where i can get these two hose replacements or how i can use a metal tubing connection set-up?? thanks (this is my first post on the site and many more to come and reply to also)

I was unable to find those lines, so I ended up just using some automotive vacuum hose from AutoZone. It's held up fine to the heat.

I found I had to keep the hoses very short, otherwise the sensor got an improper reading and I'd throw a code.

what about using some metal fittings/connectors to eliminate the use of rubber hoses.. does anyone know if that is possible.. i think i read on the forum somewhere that someone did away with the rubber hoses.. id like to do the same..

Could probably be done with some 1/4" stainless tubing, but you would still need to make the final connection to the dpfe with rubber hose.
Not much point in reinventing the wheel here...less brain damage to just replace with oem parts from the JY and some new high temp hose from the hardware store.

Did you try the dealer? Otherwise get some high temp hose from an auto parts store.
