Brake kits questions.....

Ok, I'm about done with my mods for now. All I have left to add now are headers (which I'll be getting soon) and brakes. As far as I know, there's only two complete brake kits for the cougar, the BAER Track system 2-piston kit and the AP Racing 4- piston kit from SHM. Now the BAER only replaces the front brakes so I'm kinda concerned on what will be the effect of this setup. Will I get brake bias? Will replacing the rear brakes with better rotors but keepin the stock caliper help? The only option I can take to replace all four corners is going with the AP Racing kit but its very very expensive, about $2300+ without tax! So to anybody with incite on this matter, your comments or suggestions will be appreciated! Thanks!

I heard the Cougar already had very good brakes. I think it was in one of their commercials. I would have to agree with them on that one

If you've got ABS, there's a good chance going to larger rotors up front will cause it to go off every time you break somewhat heavily.
Most of the cougar's stopping power comes from up front anyway, so you're not going to change the bias going to the Baer
Replacing the rotor on back with slotted or cross-drilled rotors might help

Since the front brakes do about 70% of the stopping I don't think you are going to upset the balance much. I was thinking about going over to the BAER setup as well but I wanted some impressions from some people who have switched over.
