exhaust size?

hey everyone i got a 99 cougar mtx with a 2.5 in it and i wana keep my tail pipe on my car but i just want the sound i was wondering what is the size the exhaust under the car is thanks

any help will be helpful

The stock exhaust diameter is 2".
