svt tb bracket?

so i just got my svt tb and uim (with gaskets) for my 01 v6 atx, and i kno i need the bracket but there's talk about moding the factory bracket(not keeping cruise) is it worth the time or should i shell out the cash. how much are they? any moded bracket pics or advice?

all you have to do is round one of the holes with a dremmel
