    MTX or ATX TB?

    Can someone tell me if this is a TB for a MTX or ATX? Thanks.






    1999 Laser Red MTX

    14.509 1/4 2.265 60'

    Damn... I got two of these things.

    How can you tell?

    Do you know if the bracket is the same between the ATX and MTX?

    The MTX unit has 2 shafts offset on the linkage; it's a compound affair. The cable pulls one way, and the throttle plate turns the other.

    The ATX unit has one shaft with the cable connected directly to the main shaft, like the one shown here.


    They both use a different bracket, designed for their specific point of cable attachment.
