    CAI coupler sizes

I'm about to order new silicone couplers for my GMK CAI, and was hoping someone could confirm I have the correct coupler sizes

    TB to Short Ram 3":3"
    Short Ram to MAF 3":3.5"
MAF Adapter to GMK1 3":3" (or is the MAF adapter 3.5"?)
    GMK1 to GMK2 3":3"
    GMK2 to Filter 3":3.5"

(fyi - my short ram & MAF adapter are the ebay generic ones)

    thanks

    Re: CAI coupler sizes

stock throttle body uses a 2.5" coupler. My generic ebay intake tube is 3", so my throttle to intake is 2.5"-3", my intake pipe to maf is 3"-3", my maf to filter is 3"-3". I would say to measure yours first, just to be sure.

    Re: CAI coupler sizes

I could be wrong (about your setup), but I don't think you need 3:3.5 couplers, just 3:3. All that I have ever used is 3 inch max, but I don't know what filter you have. They do stretch a little bit, especially the all silicone ones. The reinforced ones don't really stretch.

    Re: CAI coupler sizes

When i got my WR filter my 3"-3" coupler wouldnt fit the filter, so I poped it in the microwave for like 10-15 sec. It got soft and I just slide it on, it cooled right onto the filter and I dont even need a clamp.
