This place rocks

I have sooooooo many questions, but will do some more reading first.

I will post a couple of piccies of my engine bay below. Not that it looks much at the moment. Had fun putting in a home made Cold air intake, that certainly makes the car breath a tad better. I haven't got a full one so will have to take one this afternoon.

Edit: remove move question on ECU

Headers on the Mazda MPV '00

So got the Headers and equal length "Y" pipe from CES racing on the car yesterday. Car seems to go a lot better, but is due for a tune so will be doing a follow up dynorun and tune in a couple of weeks. Will know then if this has made any real difference. Bit concerned about the O2 sensors being dead, sadly over in Aussie we don't have obdII connections until more recent cars so cannot just get a reader and check.

How much did you pay for those headers and y-pipe?

For the custom fabrication it was $1700 aud all up. Seemed to be about the same where ever I asked when I wanted something custom made. About a couple of days work. Pretty expensive but I wanted equal length headers and secondary pipes so I guess have to pay for it.

Does it give more horsepower, well I will find out in a couple of weeks time if it was worth it. Will keep everyone posted.

Re: Mazda MPV '00

So $1700 AUD is about $1270USD, I guess I'll just stick with MSDS shorty headers. I really wanted equal length headers too, but I think I could find a better way to make my car faster with the $1000 dollars I'd save going with MSDS.
